Our Story

Horner & Pietersma, and our predecessors, McInnis and MacEwen, have been serving Morrisburg and Eastern Ontario for over 60 years, building a strong foundation in the community. 

Eldon Horner joined partners Mike McInnis and Peter MacEwen in 1996 . Years later, in 2003, when Eric Pietersma joined the firm we transitioned to Horner & Pietersma. From this succession, Eldon and Eric have continued the legacy of trusted legal service in our community.

Horner & Pietersma has grown to 5 lawyers and 10 dedicated support staff, many of whom have decades of service at the firm, adding exceptional depth and expertise. Based in Morrisburg, Ontario our firm focuses on delivering tailored, long-term legal solutions to meet the diverse needs of clients in our community and beyond.
